There are over 200 Poly-Mark printers in use around the world.

Since entering the in-line printer market in 1977, Poly-Mark has proven to be a durable, effective, and low cost means of printing in-line. Many Poly-Mark users have multi-color C.I. presses, but they all realize one color print must be done in line, and to be competitive it must not slow down or interfere with their converting machines. Because a Poly-Mark does this so well, many plants have as many as 5 Poly-Marks in use.

Consider what a Poly-Mark has to offer:

  • Ease of use.

  • Poly-Mark is perhaps the simplest and easiest printer to set up and use on the market today. A Poly-Mark printer requires no hook up to your machine. Simply roll it in line, thread it, and print.

  •

  • The set up and clean up time of a Poly-Mark makes it ideal for long or short runs. Job changes on a Poly-Mark are done in less than 15 minutes.

  •

  • They require no printing skills. Many Poly Mark users have as many as 5 Poly-Mark printers. The users started with one and added more.

  • Poly-Mark is a low maintenance printer. All wearing parts of a Poly-Mark are available at local supply houses.

    Features.

  • Poly-Mark printers offer the unique ability to print any fractional repeat from 3" to 36", without the need for print cylinders.

  •

  • Poly-Mark printers are available with an assist drive to remove tension from the film when needed. Most applications require no assist drive.

  • Special applications such as, one color two sides or web widths up to 124" can be addressed.

A standard Poly-Mark printer is designed with a two roller inking system, but enclosed doctor blade systems are available.

  • No means of drying is furnished with a standard unit but, dryers are available. Also there are frame designs which can allow for more drying time where needed. Poly-Mark will work with your plant engineers to make any changes needed to fit your application.

  • A Poly-Mark printer will print an image up to 30" X 36", at any position, on a web up to 124", one side or two sides. Multiple printers can be set up on wider webs as necessary.

  •

  • Value.

  • Because Poly-Mark printers require no print cylinder inventory, a Poly-Mark owner saves a huge amount on the the cost of print cylinders alone. Combine this with the fact that a Poly-Mark's cost is only a fraction of other inline printers (even those that are only offer random repeat printing), and you have an exceptional value. In other words:

  •

  • Low Base Price + No Cylinder Inventory = Exceptional Value
